What to Expect on this retreat?

Mel will guide you through a daily morning meditation + powerful flow practice following a chef prepared breakfast! The gals have planned for some pretty exceptional experiences like sailing to a private beach and experiencing the hums of an acoustic sound bath in a large dome along the cliffside of the ocean. We end each day with either a restorative practice or a hypnotises style Yoga Nidra. Our days are planned with meaningful intentions so you can leave feeling this life changing and energetic shift experience.

Mel has been guiding Women's Yoga Retreats for 6 years all over the world. With 15 years of teaching yoga, meditation, reiki, and health coaching, Mel weaves a wide range of

knowledge and experience into her retreats.

Cancellation Policy:

To Register you must agree and sign our Retreat Contract & Waiver. Once contract is APPROVED, we require a 50% NON_REFUNDABLE deposit of Total Costs, if you decide to cancel outside of the 90 day policy. If you are to cancel within 90 days of the retreat, you forfeit the entire investment. We recommend always purchasing Travel Insurance. Please, email Mel with any questions.
